Benevolent Living is a residential aged care and independent living facility in Rockhampton, having been in business for over 150 years, Benevolent Living has a rich history and enduring mission to support the local community.
After attempting to source their own manufacturing partner overseas to create the custom uniform items they wanted, and experiencing many hurdles, Total Uniform Solutions stepped in to assist. With deep experience in off-shore custom garment design and manufacturing, Total Uniform Solutions was well-positioned to meet the needs of Benevolent Living and help them achieve their vision of custom-made, on-brand uniform items to add to their existing stock service uniform range.
After an initial consultation with the uniform buying committee, we quickly learned what they had in mind and began the creative process of creating custom polo shirts and tunics. This included developing artist representations of the custom items followed by garment sampling. Through this process, we advised that tunics are not suitable for all body shapes and recommended matching short and ¾ sleeve button-down shirt options. Sizing kits were provided so staff could try on the sizes prior to ordering to ensure a perfect fit.
Designed to blend beautifully with their existing stock service uniform they source through their existing supplier, our custom made polo shirts, shirts and tunics create an impactful on-brand experience for their aged care residents and community.
