HOW WE SOURCE
The principles and criteria we apply when working with our suppliers, and developing new ones.
General Statement
TUS partners with suppliers who share the goal of building long-term relationships. We look for factories with management that uphold the right values, who share our culture of honesty, integrity, and continuous improvement. We ensure our suppliers understand and adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct, and provide further training when necessary. These simple actions assist in ensuring working conditions are safe, that there is no breach of ILO Labour standards, and workers are empowered.

COVID-19 Statement
Like most apparel companies, the Covid-19 pandemic has had an unprecedented impact on the TUS supply chain.
Our international suppliers are paramount to our success, and throughout this period of uncertainty, we remain committed to upholding our ethical standards. As the pandemic arose, we had to navigate through options to uphold commitments to not only suppliers but our customers who were waiting on their uniforms. TUS honoured all current and planned orders with manufacturers during the beginning and throughout the pandemic.
We are continuing to work closely with our manufacturers to balance orders with factory capacity, and are assessing and monitoring risks within our supply chain. Within the pandemic and beyond, we will continue our journey towards building an ethical and resilient supply chain.
